RNLI - Thank You!

11th Feb 2026

We are incredibly grateful to the RNLI in Rosses Point for the wonderful support they have shown our school over the last number of years. They have welcomed many of our class groups for visits, providing engaging, informative and fun tours that the children thoroughly enjoy. A special thank you to Caroline and Liz for the enthusiasm, energy and warmth they bring to every visit.

The RNLI plays a vital role in the Rosses Point community and far beyond. It is so important that our children understand and appreciate the lifesaving work carried out by this dedicated team of volunteers.

Before Christmas, our school held a Christmas Jumper Fundraising Day in aid of Sligo Social Services and the RNLI. Today, members of our Student Council had the pleasure of visiting the lifeboat station to present Dermot and Caroline with a cheque for €300. We are proud to support an important service and look forward to continuing our strong connection with the RNLI in the years ahead.
