This month, the children learned about renewable and non renewable sources of energy as part of their S.E.S.E. lessons. This also linked to their English reading where they read about the 2010 rescue of the Chilean miners who were trapped inside the San Jose mine. The children worked in pairs to create posters based on what they had learned about these topics.
The children also created some gorgeous lanterns to mark the Chinese New Year. They also created some amazing Keith Haring inspired cubes constructed into a heart shape to mark Valentine’s Day. Take a look at their amazing work!
